- Grilled vegetables. Sweet pepper, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini are in perfect harmony with garlic.
- Spaghetti. One of my favorite combinations is Italian pasta with seafood and garlic. But, as you understand, I rub a plate with spices, and do not put chopped garlic in a dish.
- Meat. It is believed that garlic is best combined with lamb. But for the "garlic plate" there are no restrictions. I serve on it a baked duck, pork knuckle, chicken chops, boiled pork.
